Now the brewery tap for the newly built Joules's brewery which occupies what used to be their car park. Lookout for the well inside the pub. The back room of the newly extended and refurbished pub is well worth a visit just to look at the huge carved wooden firepace

This pub was last visited on Saturday 16^th January 2010 by Jon, Neil, Nick and Steve and was rated as "Largely acceptable"
When last visited the pub was serving : Shropshire Gold , Darwin's Origin and Worthington Draught from the following breweries : Salopian Brewery and Coors
