This pub used to be the Prom Vaults which served beer for a while and then stopped doing so, had strange opening hours and so forth. It has recently been turned into "The Tavern" which seems to be open pretty much all the time and serves a very nice (and cheap!) pint of Gloucestershire Glory. We recommend you support this establishment. If there's enough trade I think the landlord will start building up the beer collection...This pub was last visited on Tuesday 23^rd December 2008
